In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Requests received later than 10 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
For Dehydrated Fruits
We don’t use any preservatives to keep you safe from all the harmful chemicals. Without these additives and preservatives, the shelf life our dehydrated products depends largely on the storage.
If the dehydrated products are damaged at the time of delivery, please send us pictures of the damaged products and we’ll refund the amount accordingly.
For Fresh Fruits
(We are farmers and we ship our own produce and don’t buy them from the market)
Our Fresh fruits reach you without any ripening agents or any harmful chemicals sprayed on them. Being fresh fruits, some fruits are bound to get damaged during shipping.
In that case, kindly send us a picture and we’ll initiate a partial/full refund based on the of the damage.
In case the fruit is rotten on the inside which is also a possibility because we don’t use insecticides on our trees again send us pictures so we can refund the depending on the extent of the damage.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
